Holly Murphy-Brackin is an Associate Economist in the Bryan, TX office of Welch Consulting. Ms. Murphy-Brackin provides assistance in programming and statistical analysis of large databases in cases involving class action labor and employment disputes. Her experience includes statistical analyses of data in hiring, promotion, force reductions, pay disparity and wage and hour claims. Ms. Murphy-Brackin assists in the review of data with regard to differences between protected and non-protected groups in multiple-plaintiff settings. She has also calculated damage estimates in single plaintiff and class action wage and hour cases. Prior to joining Welch Consulting, Ms. Murphy-Brackin worked in the accounting department of a non-profit organization while pursuing her degree in applied mathematics with an emphasis in finance and economics.
