The committee is tasked with reviewing procedures used by regulatory agencies, reviewing employer pay data availability, along with respondent burden and making recommendations regarding data collection and analytic procedures. The selected panel of experts will issue a report later this fall (2011) with findings and recommendations on what data the EEOC should collect to enhance wage discrimination law enforcement efforts, which will assist the EEOC in formulating regulations at the conclusion of an 18-month study.
