Paul Higson is an Associate Economist in the Los Angeles office of Welch Consulting. Mr. Higson assists in the construction of large, complex employment and time-record data. He generates class-wide damage estimates in wage and hours cases, runs statistical analyses of pay and promotional data and assists in statistical analyses of pay and employment differences in discrimination matters. Prior to joining Welch Consulting Mr. Higson worked for Avery Dennison in Meridian, Mississippi as a Global Operations Leadership Development Associate. He attended Stanford University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering.
