Lauren Rankinen is an Associate Economist in the Bryan, TX office of Welch Consulting. Ms. Rankinen assists in the programming and analysis of large databases for cases involving claims of discrimination and wage and hour disputes. Most recently, her work has involved the investigation and analysis of employee movements and terminations relating to claims of gender and age discrimination. Before joining Welch Consulting, Ms. Rankinen earned her B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University, with an emphasis in econometrics and a minor in mathematics.
