Jiefeng (Jane) Chen is an Associate Economist in the Bryan, TX office of Welch Consulting. Ms. Chen assists economists in the creation and analysis of large databases for cases involving claims of discrimination or wage and hour violations. Most recently, Ms.Chen has performed investigation and analysis of employee terminations involving claims of age discrimination. Prior to joining Welch Consulting Ms. Chen was a student in Texas A&M University where she majored in Statistics.
