Ms. Troyanker analyzes complex company time and pay records, builds analysis data, assists in audits of large employment data and generates economic damage reports for class and multiple-plaintiff matters. Her specialty areas include salary, bonus, stock award and promotion audits, wage and hour analyses, damage calculations and protected/non-protected group analyses of discrimination claims. Prior to joining Welch Consulting, Ms. Troyanker attended the University of California, Los Angeles as a full-time student, completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics.
