Dawn Kovner is an Associate Economist in the Los Angeles office of Welch Consulting. Ms. Kovner reviews and constructs economic loss estimates in wrongful termination, wrongful death and medical malpractice matters. She also generates national and local employment market analyses, reviews of mitigation efforts in single-plaintiff cases and produces reports on national employment statistics for class action and single-plaintiff matters. Ms. Kovner was an analyst at Hamilton, Rabinowitz & Alschuler, Inc. specializing in the effects of housing market dislocations prior to joining Welch Consulting. She most recently attended the University of Southern California where she earned a master’s degree in public policy.
