Caleb Standafer is an Associate Economist in the Los Angeles office of Welch Consulting.  Mr. Standafer assists in the creation and analysis of large databases for complex litigation and mediation matters, as well as doing qualitative analysis of litigation-related documents.  Recently, he has worked on wage and hour cases for a large national retailer, and a lost-profits case for an importer of retail goods.  Prior to joining Welch Consulting, Mr. Standafer was a full-time student at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he worked as a Research Assistant in the Office of Institutional Research and completed honors research using a game-theoretic signaling model to direct econometric analysis of the factors involved in the first-year retention decision of college students.
