April Russell is an Associate Economist in the Bryan TX office of Welch Consulting. Ms. Russell assists in the preparation and analysis of data in litigation and non-litigation projects involving allegations of discrimination based upon age, gender, and race. Most recently Ms. Russell has performed analysis of promotional and hiring practices at large national corporations. Before coming to Welch Consulting, Ms. Russell attended Texas A&M University where she majored in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Business.
