Andrew Wilcock is an Associate Economist in the Washington DC office of Welch Consulting. Mr. Wilcock provides statistical and programming assistance for our principal economists – particularly relating to complex class action matters requiring management of large relational databases. His experience includes analysis of issues arising from allegations of discrimination in employment and violations of wage and hour laws. Before joining Welch Consulting, Mr. Wilcock pursued an advanced degree in applied economics and worked for the Bureau of Labor Statistics as an industry analyst for the Producer Price Index program.
